Add the features your business needs. Each add-on has a one-time setup and a monthly price, separate from your base plan.
What does the upfront payment cover?
It covers designing and building your website, plus your first month of website service (hosting, maintenance and support). That is why the first month is included.
When does monthly billing start?
Your monthly subscription starts in month two. Month one is already covered by your upfront payment.
How long is the agreement?
Standard plans start with a 12-month initial agreement. The first-year totals shown on this page are your upfront payment plus 11 monthly payments.
What is included every month?
Hosting, SSL, maintenance and support on every plan. Launch and up add security and backups. Each plan also includes a set amount of time for updates, from 15 minutes on Campus to 6 hours on Signature.
What counts as a minor update?
Small changes to your existing site, like swapping text or photos, updating prices or hours, or adding a testimonial. Updates are limited to the monthly time in your plan.
What if I need something that is not in my plan?
Major new development and work outside your plan, like new features or extra pages beyond your limit, are quoted separately. You can also add an add-on or move to a bigger plan.
Can I add features later?
Yes. Add-ons like booking, payments or an online store can be added to your plan. Each has a one-time setup and a monthly price, confirmed in your proposal.
Are there any other fees?
Some features rely on outside platforms, such as payment processors, email marketing tools or booking software. Their platform and processing fees may be additional and are paid to those providers.
How are online payments handled?
Card payments always run through an established processor like Stripe or Square. Gusify never stores your customers’ card numbers.
What about cancellation, ownership and renewal?
These details are spelled out in your written agreement before any work starts, so you know exactly where you stand.
